One-2-One Session(s) Refund Policy
- We require at least two working days’ notice to cancel an appointment. Notice can be given verbally or in writing, however it is up to the person cancelling to prove that notice was given.
- For cancellation notice of less than two working days, a cancellation charge of 50% of the consultation fee is applicable.
- For cancellation notice of less than one working day, a cancellation charge of 100% of the consultation fee is applicable.
- Where no notice is given at all, a 100% cancellation charge will be made for failure to attend an appointment.
- There will be a 50% postponement fee when an appointment is cancelled on the day and rebooked at that time for another date.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, or their appointment may be forfeited and their appointment will be treated as missed.
- All one-to-one session payments are for ‘time booked’ for the therapy or coaching session, and are NOT therefore for the desired outcome or goal. Each person and the required amount of therapy session(s) or coaching session(s) will always vary depending on the individual client. The responsibility for achieving the desired outcome always belongs to the client.
Hypnotherapy and NLP Overview; Client Responsibility:
Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) involves and requires a willing relationship between the client and the therapist, in which the client provides information, the therapist listens to the client, and the therapist reflects information back to the client. Therapy is intended to be informational and educational for the client, and to provide information, support and encouragement for the client’s goals and decisions based on information provided by the client. Client is fully and solely responsible for all information provided to the therapist, all information reflected back to the client by the therapist, and all client decisions, actions or inactions resulting from or relating to the therapy experience. Client will indemnify and hold harmless Max Kirsten and all its principals, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, successors and assigns from any claims, liability, costs or expenses in connection with any therapy services, information or materials.
Max Kirsten does not guarantee or warrant any particular outcome, result or success of Advanced Hypnotherapy or NLP, and expressly disclaims any such guarantee or warranty.
